  • Provide current vaccination records for your dog(s)
  • Pass a temperament test to ensure your dog is suitable for our cage-free environment
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Agree to our policies regarding spay/neuter requirements (varies by location)

3. Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must have current vaccinations as required by your specific location, which typically include:

  • Rabies
  • DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
  • Bordetella
  • Canine Influenza (where required)

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date vaccination records. We reserve the right to refuse service if vaccinations are not current.

4. Temperament Testing

All new dogs must complete a temperament test before being accepted into our program. This evaluation ensures your dog can safely interact with other dogs in our cage-free environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that does not pass the temperament test or exhibits aggressive behavior at any time.

5. Health and Safety

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your dog is in good health and free from contagious conditions
  • Dogs may acquire minor injuries during normal play activities
  • We will contact you or your emergency contact if your dog becomes ill or injured
  • We may seek veterinary care for your dog in an emergency, and you will be responsible for associated costs
  • You will promptly pick up your dog if we determine they are ill or not suitable for our environment

6. Assumption of Risk

You understand that interactions between dogs carry inherent risks. While we maintain strict safety protocols and constant supervision, minor injuries such as scratches, nicks, or occasional bites may occur during normal dog play. By using our services, you assume these risks and agree not to hold Camp Run-A-Mutt liable for injuries that occur during normal supervised activities.

7. Payment and Cancellation

Payment policies and cancellation terms vary by location. Please contact your local Camp Run-A-Mutt for specific information regarding:

  • Daycare and boarding rates
  • Package pricing and expiration
  • Cancellation and refund policies
  • Holiday and peak season pricing

8. Pickup and Drop-off

You must adhere to the operating hours of your location for pickup and drop-off. Late pickups may result in additional charges. For boarding, checkout times apply and late pickups may incur additional daycare charges.

9. Personal Property

We recommend not leaving personal items with your dog. Camp Run-A-Mutt is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed personal property including collars, leashes, beds, toys, or clothing.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Misuse our Muttcam webcam feeds
